STRAWBERRY CUPCAKE.

I love anything with strawberries and this is one of my favorite cupcake.

 

        List of ingredients:

·      1 egg

·      245g milk

·      55g butter

·      250g flour

·      120g sugar

·      1 ½ tsp baking powder

·      Strawberries

        Procedure:

1.    In a mixing bowl add 1 egg, 245g of milk, 55g of butter and 125g of sugar. Mix well.

2.    Now add the 250g of all-purpose flour and 1 ½ tsp of baking powder and mix all together.

4.    In a cupcake pan add cupcake liners. Add one scoop of the mix into the pan. 

5.    Bake for 20 mins in 180 °C oven.
