This is one of my favorite ways to make rice. Especially during the holidays.
List of ingredients:
·
1 cup rice
·
Diced Carrots, Green bell pepper, Green peas, spring onions
·
Turmeric powder
·
Ginger and garlic paste
·
3 eggs
·
Chicken spice
·
Chicken breast
Procedure:
1. Wash and boil your
rice to your desired texture.
2. In a pan add butter,
break and beat your eggs and fry. Then set aside.
3. Cut the chicken
breast into cubes.
4. Preheat a wok
pan add 1/2 cup. of butter. Add the chicken breast and stir fry for 10 – 15mins
on medium heat.
5. Add your ginger
and garlic paste, chicken spice and hot pepper (you can use mild pepper) stir
fry for 2mins.
6. Add your diced
carrots, green peas, spring onions and green bell pepper. Stir fry for 1min then add your turmeric
powder and stir fry for 1min.
7. Add the fried
eggs and stir fry for 1 min.
8. Now add your
cooked rice and stir fry for 2 – 5mins.
