I lived in Russia for almost a decade. The first time I had this salad
was at a friend’s house during the New Year celebration and I absolutely loved
it. I have always planned on visiting Russia one day but, with all that has
been going on I can’t. This New Year celebration reminded me of this salad and
I decided to make it.
