SKEWER BREAD ROLL.

Try this for a quick and easy breakfast. J

 

        List of ingredients:

·      4 sliced bread

·      4 hotdogs (cut in half)

·      4 sandwich cheese slice (cut in half)

·      1 egg wash (beat with milk)

    Procedure:

1.    Cut crust off each bread slice and roll flat with a rolling pin.

2.    Cut bread slice in half. On each bread slice add the cheese, hotdog and roll. Brush the egg wash at the end of the roll to seal it.

3.    Pass each roll on a skewer. 4 on each skewer.

4.    Fry on medium to low heat on both sides till golden brown.
