·
3 cups of AP flour
·
1 tsp. baking soda
·
2 tsp. cinnamon powder
·
½ tsp. nutmeg
·
½ tsp salt
·
1 ½ cup vegetable oil
·
1 cup brown sugar
·
2 tsp. vanilla extract
·
3 egg
·
3 apples (peeled and diced)
Procedure:
1. In a mixing bowl
add all your dry ingredients. Flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and
mix.
2. In a separate
mixing bowl add your wet ingredients. Vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract and
brown sugar. Whisk together until all ingredients has been fully incorporated.
3. Add wet
ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Coat your diced
apple with a little flour and add apples to your batter and fold in.
5. Coat your pan
with a little oil and add your batter.
6. Bake in a 160 °C oven for 40-45mins.
7. Let it cool completely
then top with icing sugar.
Enjoy.
