PEANUT BUTTER LOAF CAKE.

I've been having crazy peanut butter obsession lately so I decided to make a cake with it.

Ingredients:

·      2 1/4 cups flour

·      1 cup sugar

·      ½ cup peanut butter

·      ½ cup softened butter

·      1 tsp baking powder

·      2 Eggs

·      ½ tsp salt

·      1 tsp vanilla extract

Procedure:

1.    In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.

2.    In a large bowl, using a hand mixer beat sugar and peanut butter till smooth.

3.    Add in your butter and beat till well combined.

4.    Beat in your eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.

5.    Add flour gradually to the wet ingredients and beat till well combined.

6.    Pour mix into your loaf pan (use a 9x5 inch pan or 2 small pans)

7.    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 30 – 35mins or till toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

8.    Let it cool for 10 mins in pan, then transfer to wire rack.

9.    When it is completely cool you can drizzle it with some icing sugar (optional).

 Enjoy.
