STRAWBERRY RAMEKIN CAKE.

This cake is the best dessert for any occasion. 

Ingredients:

·      1 cup flour

·      1 egg

·      ½ cup sugar

·      ½ cup milk

·      ¼ cup oil

·      1 tsp baking powder

·      Diced Strawberries (as much as you want J)

Procedure:

1.    In a bowl add your sugar, egg and milk. Mix till it’s fully combined.

2.   Add your oil, flour and baking powder. Mix well. (do not over mix).

3.   Add your diced strawberries.

4.    Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 ° for 30-35min or till toothpick comes out clean.
