Mango season is here. Let’s make mango pudding.
Ingredients:
·
8 mangos
·
1tbsp gelatin
·
¼ cup water
·
1tbsp sugar
·
½ cup evaporated milk
Procedure:
1.
Mix the gelatin with water and set aside.
2.
Peel your mangos and blend for a few seconds.
3.
Add your sugar, milk and geletin. Blend till smooth.
4.
Pour your mango blend in dessert cups or ramekins.
5.
Let it set in the refrigerator.
6.
When it’s set. Top it with diced mangos and a
little milk.
Enjoy.
